Abstract:

An elevator control system within a building or other such facility and a separate external system are interconnected, and the overall movement of people is predicted, thereby making it possible to provide a novel service that did not exist in the past. An elevator operation management system for managing control of a plurality of elevator devices within a facility, wherein the elevator operation management system is characterized by being provided with: a reception unit that obtains the number of users of an elevator device and/or destination information pertaining to each elevator car; a learning unit that stores the number of users and the destination information pertaining to each elevator car obtained from the reception unit as past experience data, and learns the past experience data; a separate-floor number-of-persons prediction unit that predicts the number of users alighting on platforms at separate floors using the information stored by the learning unit; and a request information output unit that outputs, to a system other than the elevator operation management system, the predicted number of users alighting within the facility.
