Abstract:
An elevator rail clamping apparatus, comprising two mounting plates (1, 2), said two mounting plates (1, 2) being arranged in parallel and one above the other and each having a corresponding gap, and a translational brake pad (5) being disposed at either side of the gap between the mounting plates (1,2); a trigger mechanism, a reset mechanism, a transmission mechanism (7) and a locking mechanism (18) are arranged between the two mounting plates (1,2); under normal conditions, the locking mechanism (18) locks the transmission mechanism (7) in place, and the clamping surfaces of the two brake pads (5) face each other, a space being maintained between them; when clamping to the rail, the trigger mechanism (26) causes the locking mechanism (18) to release the lock on the transmission mechanism (7), and the transmission mechanism (7) impels each brake pad (5) towards the opposite side, thereby clamping the rail; after the brake pads (5) have clamped the rail, the reset mechanism (29) resets the transmission mechanism (7); the trigger mechanism comprises an electromagnet (26), and a movable rod (26-1) of said electromagnet (26) caps and presses against an accumulator spring (27); when the electromagnet (26) loses power, the removable rod (26-1) thrusts outwards under the influence of the accumulator spring (27) and causes the locking mechanism (18) to release the lock; the reset mechanism comprises a motor (29), the output shaft of said motor (29) drives a screw rod (30), the screw rod (30) turns a pushing element (31); the pushing element (31) moves with the turning of the screw rod to push the transmission mechanism (7) to its reset position.
