Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a control device 200 that controls the operation of an elevator 20 and outputs malfunction signals; a monitoring device 250 that includes a storage unit 260, is connected to the control device 200, and has input thereto data and malfunction signals from the control device 200; a monitoring board 330 that is connected to the monitoring device 250 via a communications network 30 and sends and receives data to and from the monitoring device 250; a management server 360; and a mobile terminal 411. The monitoring device 250: receives diagnostic operation results data for the elevator 20, from the control device 200, and stores same in the storage unit 260; generates elevator state information indicating the state of the elevator, on the basis of the diagnostic operation results data or malfunction signals; and sends the elevator state information to a specified information processing device specified from among the monitoring board 330, the management server 360, and the mobile terminal 411 in accordance with the diagnostic operation results data or malfunction signal. As a result, maintenance management service quality for the elevator 20 can be improved.
