Abstract:
Provided is an elevator system that allows call registration at a location separated from a landing and that can suppress occurrences of unnecessary calls. This elevator system comprises: a communication terminal (2) that has a portable housing, that acquires the status of the housing, that calculates, from the housing status, the probability of a passenger getting on an elevator, and that transmits, using wireless communication, a call generated on the basis of the calculated passenger probability; and a group management device (3) that determines a car to assign to a call received from the communication terminal (2) and that updates a car allocation plan (110).
