Abstract:
In an elevator system, a security gate has a gate chassis, an open/close member, an input unit to which user's identification information is input, a display unit, and a gate control unit connected to an elevator group management device. The gate control unit controls the opening/closing of the open/close member according to the identification information input to the input unit and displays elevator car number information on the display unit. The display unit is provided on the side of the gate chassis on the passage side, and the display surface is disposed at a tilt with respect to the passage direction of the user so as to face the entrance side of the security gate.
