Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an elevator system that allows a door to be open if a passenger car is stopped in a location where the door can be opened even if a communication error occurs between a controller and a car controller. For this purpose, provided is an elevator system having a passenger car, a controller, and a car controller, wherein the controller transmits a door opening enabling signal to the car controller in a case in which communication with the car controller is normal and the passenger car is stopped at a service floor, and the car controller turns on a door opening permission flag in a case in which the door opening enabling signal has been received from the controller while the passenger car is operating and turns off the door opening permission flag in a case in which the door opening enabling signal has not been received from the controller while the passenger car is operating.
