Abstract:
This elevator user guiding device has an announcement device disposed in a car. An elevator hall is provided with a hall operating panel which is used by a user to input a destination floor. The hall operating panel is provided with a language input unit which is used by a user inputting a desired language selected from among multiple languages. An announcement control unit selects a language in accordance with destination floor information inputted on the hall operating panel and language selection information inputted via the language input unit, and causes the announcement device to make an announcement of speech information using the selected language.
