An eliminator with less pressure loss and excellent mist collection effect installed at a curved part in a flow passage guiding a fluid, comprising a plurality of elements. Each of the elements further comprises a curved surface part formed in a shape along the curved part, an extended surface part extended from the curved surface part to the downstream side of the flow passage, and a gutter part installed at the downstream side end of the extended surface part. When the extended surface part is extended without any modification, the gutter parts are formed to be projected from the surfaces of the extended surface parts so that the insides of the gutter parts can be divided by the virtual surfaces of the extended surface parts. The extended surface parts are so formed that the lengths thereof between the elements A and B adjacent to each other are different from each other and the gutter part of the element A and the gutter part of the element B adjacent to each other are located at different positions in a direction orthogonal to the flowing direction of the fluid.
