Abstract:
An elongated funnel-shaped jet nozzle structure, comprising an elongated tapered flow guiding groove (1), an elongated jet nozzle (2) and a conveyor plate belt (3), the elongated tapered flow guiding groove (1), the elongated jet nozzle (2) and the conveyor plate belt (3) having a thickness of 1-5 mm, the elongated tapered flow guiding groove (1) being a hollow inverted elongated elliptic truncated cone having an upper end opening and a lower end opening, the upper end opening being connected to an elongated elliptic hole, the lower end opening being connected to an inlet of the nozzle, the nozzle being a hollow elongated elliptical column. Said nozzle structure can effectively improve the heat exchange intensity of a freezing region, improve the freezing efficiency of an instant freezer, and effectively overcome the defect of traditional nozzle structure being incapable of ensuring high freezing efficiency and uniform heat exchange simultaneously.
