Abstract:
Disclosed is an email sending method in a workflow system. The method comprises: acquiring, in the workflow system, a task status of a node task on the current node; acquiring, from a plurality of preset email templates, an email template matched with the task status; generating a to-be-sent email according to the task information of the node task and the email template; and sending the to-be-sent email to a user terminal corresponding to the task status.
