Provided is an embedded lens type retroreflective sheet which can have higher retroreflective performance than conventional embedded lens type retroreflective sheets. The embedded lens type retroreflective sheet comprises a surface-protective layer (1), a holding layer (3), a plurality of fine glass spheres (4) held in the holding layer (3), a focusing layer (5), and a specular reflective layer (6), and is characterized in that the fine glass spheres (4) have an average particle diameter in the range of 70-100 µm and have a particle size distribution in which 75% or more of the particles are within the range of ±10 µm based on the average particle diameter.
