Abstract:
An embedded long strip-shaped flexible panel lamp and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises: using a plastic extruder to continuously extrude an LED flexible lamp bar and light-transmitting flexible resin together through an extrusion die, embedding the flexible lamp bar in a light-transmitting resin plate strip, providing a rolling embosser at the exit of the extruder, or installing a printing machine to print light guide ink, or installing a laser router behind the extruder so as to obtain light guide points (3.1) by performing processing and form a flexible light guide plate strip (3), embedding the lamp bar on an edge in the light guide plate strip (3), attaching a reflective film (4) to a surface of the light guide plate strip (3) which needs to reflect light, then putting same into a double-material extruder to simultaneously extrude light-transmitting resin (6) and light-blocking resin (5), wrapping the flexible light guide plate strip (3) on which the LED flexible lamp bar is embedded and the reflective film (4) is attached, closely attaching a surface having the diffuse light-transmitting resin (6) to the surface of the light guide plate strip (3) on which the reflective film (4) is not provided, thus forming a light exit surface, and light (7) emitted by an LED lamp bead (2.1) entering the light guide plate strip (3), and under the action of the light guide points (3.1) and the reflective film (4), being uniformly emitted from the diffuse light-transmitting resin (6) through multiple times of reflection and refraction.
