The present invention relates to an embedded main board of an automated teller machine; and more specifically, to an embedded main board of an automated teller machine, which modularizes all of the units, e.g., a central processing unit (CPU), a video interface, a communication unit that are integratedly mounted to the existing embedded main board, function by function, and then configures a docked structure mountable/demountable to/from the I/O board such that the embedded CPU mounted to the board can easily be replaced to keep abreast of the rapid technical advances in CPU and the function upgrade of the embedded main board can be executed easily by attaching/detaching by module according to each function. The embedded main board of an automated teller machine of the present invention comprises: an I/O board including at least one docking connector to which individual unit boards are detachably mounted, the individual unit boards being used for mounting each of the basic units of the embedded main board including a CPU, a modem and a video interface, respectively; and at least one individual unit board mounted to the docking connector, wherein the individual unit boards mounted to the docking connector are replaced without having to replace the entire I/O board, thereby enabling the function upgrade for each of the basic units.
