Disclosed are a composite embedded part, a method for preparing same, and a composite structure comprising same. The embedded part (02) is of a sparse mesh or sheet structure formed by unidirectional or multidirectional fiber bundles that are impregnated with resin and cured; the embedded part can be embedded into a fiber ply (01), and composite and super hybrid composite parts are manufactured using a resin introduction process; the embedded part provides a flow channel for the follow of resin in a composite molding process, thereby improving the resin impregnation effect, and after being molded, the embedded part and a composite are formed into a uniform integral whole. The embedded part is embedded into a fabric and then resin is introduced, so that resin impregnation is fast, bubbles that are not discharged or remain in the resin can be easily discharged, and dry spots are eliminated. The embedded part can also be used in other aspects such as one-step pour molding of a pre-form that blocks the flow of resin and a fabric ply, and laminated molding of metal and a glass fiber super-hybrid composite.
