Abstract:
Provided is an embedded-permanent-magnet dynamoelectric device which can be produced at low cost and exhibits excellent rotor strength. The torque produced by the rotor can be increased without decreasing rotor strength. The embedded-permanent-magnet dynamoelectric device can be stably produced by accurately layering rotor steel plates. The embedded-permanent-magnet dynamoelectric device has individual poles constituted by two permanent magnets, and the permanent magnets for the plurality of poles are embedded inside the rotor. The embedded-permanent-magnet dynamoelectric device also has a rotor (3), the outer circumference of which is communicated with magnet-embedding holes. The magnet-embedding holes are arranged in a reverse V shape. Supplementary processing such as V-processing, boss machining, pin-hole machining or bolt-hole machining is performed in the region of each rotor steel plate constituting the rotor (3) and located between the rotor outer periphery and the inscribed circle of the magnet-embedding holes.
