Abstract:
An embedded railroad track scale weighing system capable of weighing an unbalanced load comprising multiple sensors (11-16) and a signal processing system (2). The multiple sensors (11-16) convert the detected wheel weight information of a car into analog signals. The signal processing system (2) collects and processes the wheel weight information analog signals output by the multiple sensors (11-16), said signal processing system (2) comprising a signal regulation module (21), an embedded data collection module (22), a bus module (23), and a micro-processing module (24). The multiple sensors (11-16) are separately connected to multiple input ends of the signal regulation module (21). Multiple output ends of the signal regulation module (21) are separately connected to multiple input ends of the embedded data collection module (22). The embedded data collection module (22) converts the wheel weight information analog signals into digital signals about wheel weight and stores the digital signals. The embedded data collection module (22) is connected to the micro-processing module (24) by means of the bus module (23). The micro-processing module (24) analyzes and calculates the wheel weight information digital signals. The present weighing system can enhance the reliability of sampling and the processing procedure.
