Abstract:
An embedded type die locating assembly and a locating method therefor, the locating assembly comprising a guide column (6), wherein the guide column (6) has mounted thereon an integrated type self-lubricated steel sleeve (2) having a flange; an inner hole of the integrated type self-lubricated steel sleeve (2) is provided with multiple embedded type grooves, and each groove is internally provided with a polyformaldehyde guide ring (4) having a self-lubricating function. A shoulder-type end of the guide column (6) is provided with a buffering pad (7) used for buffering and protecting the guide column (6) and lowering stamping noise. The head of the guide column (6) is provided with a limiting check ring (5). The integrated type self-lubricated steel sleeve (2) is fixed and locked using the integrated type steel sleeve fastening and locating screws (3), and the integrated type self-lubricated steel sleeve (2) has a safety snap spring (1) mounted thereon at a screw fixing and locking end, the safety snap spring (1) being used for preventing the screws from loosening and becoming disengaged. The described locating assembly has a simple structure, is high strength, has a long service life, may be conveniently and rapidly installed and used, and has good guiding precision.
