Abstract:
An embedded-type electrified bag composite dust collector, including, arranged sequentially from front to back in a housing (2), a front-stage electric field dust-collection area and an embedded-type electrified bag composite dust-collection area; within the embedded-type electrified bag composite dust-collection area, two sides of each rear-stage discharge electrode frame (5) are provided with a dust-receiving aperture plate (4) or with a row of dust-receiving aperture plates (4), the space between said two dust-receiving aperture plates (4) or two rows of dust-receiving aperture plates (4) being a rear-stage electric field channel; a filter bag group, comprising at least one filter bag (6), is provided between any two neighboring rear-stage electric field channels; the ventilation apertures of the dust-receiving aperture plates (4) act, within the rear-stage electric field channels, as airflow pathways leading flue gas into the filter bag groups. Because the height of the dust-receiving aperture plates (4) and the height of the rear-stage electric field channels (51) normally exceed the length of the filter bags (6) in the filter bag groups by approximately four meters, a large amount of dust can be collected in the lower side of the filter bag groups, further increasing the dust collection efficacy of the dust collector and extending the service life of the filter bag.
