Description:
The quote "Save the water" is used all over the world, but about 80% of water is being wasted in reality.lt has been identified that mostly, the water is being wasted in bathrooms and toilets. There are two reasons for water wastage - careless water wastage and unknown (accidental) water wastage.
Careless waste can happen due to the human error but the unknown waste of water may happen due to the technical faults in plumbing work. With the heavy usage of taps, stopvalves, bidet showers, cistern tan tanks, the amount of damage may become very high.
Plumbing work replacements are very expensive due to breaking of walls where the valves are embedded. In this invention, a novel method of valve placement on the wall is disclosed for easy, convenient and low- cost replacement.
The unit is described in Figure 1. The following is a description of the device using Figure 1.
1 - A: The open chamber where the components have been fixed.
1 - B: The left right adjustable plate will give the component to maintain the correct position
1 - C: Up in high low adjustable plate screw keep the component in correct position when component change (Eg. V- socket / forces Socket / L - Bow /T-socket)
1 - D: Adjustable plate screw will help us to fit in correct position and correct with left right adjustable plate.
1 - E: The screw will keep component fit up in high low adjustable plate.
1 - F: Top covering plate to close the chamber
1 - G: The two valve socket will be molded fitted with open chamber
1 - H: Chamber corner Molded four Nuts to keep the cover plate Locked.
1 - 1: Stop valve handle screw 1— J: Stop valve handle
1 - K: Top covering plate hole
1 - L: Top cover plate heaving Four screws keep cover closed tightly
1 - M: Flexible hose socket
1 - N: Flexible Hose
1 - 0: Double barrel socket
1 - P: Stop Valve
1 - Q: ½ " pipe line
R - Total unit open view model photo
S - The chamber top cover- closed position
When a valve inside the enclosure is to be replaced, the top and the bottom screws are loosened and the valve is removed, and then the new one is inserted and screwed. There is no breaking of walls.
The advantages of the unit are:
Can be fixed anywhere
Easy maintenance
Could be replaced with any kind of sockets such as:
> Tee Socket
> Forces socket
> Valve Socket
> Forces Elbow
> Forces Tea
