Abstract:
An embedding device of connecting piece and embedding method therefor. The device comprises a base (20), a feeding unit, a pressing unit, a slide platform (30) and a fixing press block (40). The slide platform (30) is arranged on the base (20). The fixing press block (40) is arranged above the slide platform (30). The feeding unit comprises a pushing device (51) and a material pushing plate (52) connected with the pushing device (51) horizontally. A working position (55) that can receive connecting members is arranged on the material pushing plate (52). The material pushing plate (52) is divided into a concave plate (80) and a convex plate (70). As the material pushing plate is composed of two pieces, the material pushing plate can be used for clamping the connecting piece and the dislocation problem of connecting piece turning and up-warping and the like are avoided. Also, the material pushing plate can be freely replaced according to the thickness of the connecting piece and the application range becomes wider. In additional, empty pressing and mistaken pressing under the condition of material shortage condition are effectively prevented by means of the setting of the concave plate and convex plate.
