Abstract:
An embossed release paper for production of synthetic leather that has shaping capability, thermal stability and durability, excelling in peeling capability as to two-component curing type PU adhesives, and that is applicable to any of synthetic leathers of PU and PVC and semisynthetic leathers; and a process for producing the same. There is provided an embossed release paper for production of synthetic leather, comprising at least a paper as a support and, superimposed thereon, an ionizing radiation-cured film, the cured film having been subjected to emboss finishing, wherein the ionizing radiation-cured film is one resulting from curing of a coating liquid of specified composition by exposing the same to ionizing radiation.
