Abstract:

An embossed wet wipe comprises a base member comprising a one-ply of natural pulp, wherein the base member has a depth of 0.5 to 1.0 mm and has an embossed pattern with a plurality of concave-convex embossments on the surface thereof. As the base member is manufactured in one ply, the manufacturing process is very simple. As an adhesive is not used, the embossed wet wipe is harmless to the human body. As the depth of the embossments is 0.5 to 1.0 mm, the embossed wet wipe may maintain the embossed pattern and have a sufficient water absorption rate.
