Abstract:
The present invention relates to an emergency call service and an online/offline banking security system using a smartphone, and to a method for same, and comprises: a smartphone for transmitting to a mobile communications provider server emergency rescue request information that is inputted through a user's operation, and controlling an Internet banking application when the application is running so as to convert a URL for Internet banking access into a predetermined virtual access URL, so that Internet banking can be performed on the virtual Internet banking URL page; the mobile communications provider server for transmitting an authentication number that is generated by receiving the emergency rescue request information to a guardian terminal that is included in the emergency rescue request information, and connecting to a GPS satellite after receiving from the guardian terminal an authentication reply number and transmitting location coordinates of the smartphone and the emergency rescue request information that is received to an agency server; the agency server for transmitting dispatch information that is generated to rescue a smartphone user to a police station or a fire station within a radius inside the location coordinates of the smartphone, and generating bank transaction blockage information, which allows transactions of bank accounts under the smartphone user's name to be handled through virtual bank accounts, and transmitting same to a bank server along with the emergency rescue request information; and the bank server for converting a bank account that corresponds to a smartphone identification number into a predetermined virtual bank account and performing offline banking service, when usage of the offline banking service including either a debit card or a check card linked to the bank account, which corresponds to the smartphone identification number that is included in the emergency rescue request information, is detected.
