Disclosed is an emergency drainage pipeline continuation apparatus capable of preventing the stopping of a pump, the apparatus comprising a three-way pipe drainage device (101) and a bypass telescopic adjusting device (102). The three-way pipe drainage device (101) comprises a plurality of three-way pipes, and the bypass telescopic adjusting device (102) comprises a travelling mechanism (1), a translation mechanism (2), a steering mechanism (3) and a telescopic bypass pipe set (4), wherein the travelling mechanism (1) comprises a vehicle body (11) and wheels (12) arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body (11); the translation mechanism (2) is arranged above the vehicle body (11) by means of a lifting frame (5), and the translation mechanism (2) comprises a translation frame (21) and a second hydraulic cylinder (22); the steering mechanism (3) is arranged below the translation frame (21) and is rotationally connected to the translation frame (21) by means of a longitudinal pitch adjusting mechanism (6); and the telescopic bypass pipe set (4) is movably connected to the steering mechanism (3) by means of a transverse pitch adjusting mechanism (7).
