Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to mitigate an increase in traffic when a communication terminal notifies another communication terminal of emergency information. Emergency information is received from the communication terminal, a notification destination is determined in accordance with a reliability based on the number of times of reception of the emergency information, and the emergency information is transmitted to the notification destination.
