Abstract:

The present invention provides an emergency processing method and apparatus. The method comprises: receiving a trigger signal; and sending an emergency request to an emergency system in response to the trigger signal by using an Over The Top (OTT) service. The present invention solves at least the problem that the method for the user to send an emergency request in the related art has limitations, and provides another method for the user to send an emergency request, so as to increase the probability of rescuing the user.
