Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to propose an emergency release device for fluid loading/unloading apparatuses having excellent heat insulating performance and making it possible to load/unload a cryogenic fluid such as liquefied hydrogen. A first coupler (2) and a second coupler (3) of this emergency release device each are provided with: a vacuum part (10) between an inner tube part (5) and an outer tube part (6); two valves (1) disposed in parallel; and a remaining fluid feeding mechanism which feeds, in the event of an emergency release, a remaining fluid left at the side of the first valve (1A) rather than the side of the second valve (1B) to the inside of the inner tube part (5) disposed in the inner side from the second valve (1B), after the second valves (1B) provided in a deep side are respectively switched to open states. When the emergency release is completed, a heat insulating part (9) is formed between the first valve (1A) and the second valve (1B) of each of the first coupler (2) and the second coupler (3), and thus, heat insulating performance is improved by the heat insulating part (9) and the vacuum part (10).
