Title:
EMERGENCY TOOL CONTAINER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2005/073490
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An emergency tool container (1) for containing a hammer (11) as an emergency tool has an opening/closing cover (14) fixed to a first rotation shaft (23), an operation lever (16) connected to the first rotation shaft (23), and an interlock mechanism (18) interlocking with the operation lever (16) and the first rotation shaft (23). A second rotation shaft (30) extends from the operation lever (16). The interlock mechanism (18) has a fan-like cam (36) fixed to the second rotation shaft (30) and having a circular arc-like cam surface (36a) and has a cam follower (37) fixed to the first rotation shaft (23) and following the cam (36) while being in sliding contact with the cam surface (36a) of the cam (36). Because of the structure above, even if the operation lever (16) is rotated, the opening/closing cover (14) does not open while the cam follower (37) is in sliding contact with the circular arc-like cam surface (36a) of the cam (36).
