Abstract:

An EMI preventive part which has a sufficiently large shielding effect against the transmission of electromagnetic waves radiated outside from an active device without deteriorating the circuit function of the device and prevents malfunctions, etc., caused by the mutual interference between peripheral parts or electromagnetic induction in signal lines. The part is composed of a composite magnetic material containing the powder of a soft magnetic material coated with oxide films and an organic binder. Because of the complex permeability, the part dissipates unnecessary high-frequency electromagnetic radiation as heat.
