Abstract:

The invention relates to a back-contact solar cell (4) and to a method for producing a back-contact solar cell (4), wherein in an additional process step a transparent substrate is brought in contact with the back face side of a silicon wafer, a doping material is introduced locally by means of irradiating using a laser, and then the base of the n-type silicon is contacted with the aid of a film coated with metal and a further laser process.
