An emotion recognition-based smoothing method comprises: obtaining at least one of the voice and image of a user; determining, according to the at least one of the voice and image of the user, whether the emotion of the user is abnormal; in response to the abnormal emotion of the user, determining an smoothing mode according to the emotion of the user to perform emotion smoothing on the user. Also provided are an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium.
