Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to establish a system capable of controlling distributed and various small-size ESSs from the center thereof, and provide inter-system mutual operability capable of actively participating in a national energy service industry (DR, FR, power network stabilization, and the like), so as to contribute to the spread of ESS (economic feasibility ensurement) and support stabilization of national power network operation (response speed within 1 second), and disclosed is an EMS aggregator system for integrally managing an energy storage system, comprising a KPX emulator, an active aggregator, and a plurality of energy units having an ESS, all of which are connected through a communication network, wherein the active aggregator has an EMS including a PMS algorithm and a control rule for each ESS use, scheduling, an FR reaction (GF: local operation, AGC: EMS commanding operation), a load forecast, a demand forecast, an environmental data linkage, a power service business participation capacity calculation for ESS, and an economic feasibility analysis algorithm, thereby integrally controlling distributed ESSs.
