Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an emulsified composition that is reliably maintained in the emulsified state, and a cosmetic comprising the emulsified composition. This emulsified composition is characterized by comprising an amino-modified silicone oil, an aqueous solvent, and a surfactin represented by formula (I) below. In the formula, X represents an amino acid residue selected from the group consisting of a leucine residue, an isoleucine residue, and a valine residue, and R1 represents a C9-18 alkyl group. The concentration of the surfactin with respect to the entire emulsified composition is preferably 0.1-50 mM.
