Abstract:
Provided are: an emulsifying agent which is useful for obtaining resin particles that have a uniform particle diameter and exhibit excellent properties such as excellent electrical characteristics, excellent thermal characteristics and excellent chemical stability; a method for producing resin particles, which uses this emulsifying agent for the production of resin particles; and resin particles which are obtained by this production method. The present invention provides: an emulsifying agent for the production of resin particles, which contains an anionic surfactant (X) that contains two or more hydrophilic groups having different degrees of acidity in each molecule, preferably an anionic surfactant that contains a hydrophilic group having a pKa of 3.0-6.0 and a hydrophilic group having a pKa of less than 3.0; a method for producing resin particles, which uses this emulsifying agent; and resin particles which are obtained by this production method.
