Abstract:
An emulsion blocking device for low inertia force backflow involves a lifting device, a bracket fixed to the lifting device, an upper lining plate (22), a lower lining plate (23), joint bolts and a rubber scraper (24). The bracket is provided with a slide groove. The upper end of the lower lining plate (23) is provided with a slide block arranged in the slide groove. The upper end of the rubber scraper (24) is arranged between the upper lining plate (22) and the lower lining plate (23). The upper lining plate (22), the rubber scraper (24) and the lower lining plate (23) are fixedly connected by the joint bolts. The emulsion blocking device for low inertia force backflow of the invention can prevent emulsion backflow during low speed rolling of the rolling mill.
