Abstract:
An emulsion channeling blocking method for intermediate-roll shifting space involves arranging a spraying baffle (4) on an emulsion spraying beam (2) at an entrance of the intermediate-roll (11,14) of a cold rolling mill. The spraying baffle (4) can move to shield the emulsion spraying beam (2) at the roll shifting space so that the spraying width of the emulsion spraying beam (2) matches with the intermediate-roll (11,14) shifting space and the emulsion is not sprayed to the intermediate-roll (11,14) shifting space. The method enables prevention of emulsion channeling at the intermediate-roll shifting space by changing the spraying area of the spraying beam.
