Abstract:
An emulsion pump having a back suction function, comprising a pump head (1) and a pump body (2). A liquid suction opening (3) is formed in the bottom of the pump body (2); a liquid outlet pipe (4), a piston (5) and an elastic resetting mechanism (6) are arranged in the pump body (2); the emulsion pump further comprises a pipe valve (7) of the liquid outlet pipe (4); the piston (5) is provided with a through hole (51), the pipe valve (7) is sleevingly connected in the through hole (51), and the through hole (51) is opened and closed along with movement of the liquid outlet pipe (4) so that liquid discharge may be controlled; an opening of the liquid outlet pipe (4) is further provided with an outer protruding ring (41); the elastic resetting mechanism (6) is provided with a connecting ring (61), the piston (5) is provided with a lantern ring (52), and a moving cavity (8) of the outer protruding ring (41) is formed by the inner wall of the connecting ring (61) which is sleevingly connected to the lantern ring (52), and the outer wall of the liquid outlet pipe (4); an upper protruding ring (73) and a lower protruding ring (74) which contact and match with the inner wall of the through hole (51) are arranged on the circumferential wall of the pipe valve (7); when the pipe valve (7) re-ascends along with the liquid outlet pipe (4), the upper protruding ring (73) first makes contact with the inner wall of the through hole (51) so that the pipe valve (7) may first close the through hole (51) to stop liquid discharging, so that the upper protruding ring (73) and the inner wall of the through hole (51) maintain contact to move upwards; meanwhile, the outer protruding ring (41) opens the moving cavity (8) for back suction of emulsion until the lower protruding ring (74) makes contact with the through hole (51). With the present invention, the back suction effect is improved by improving the structure of the emulsion pump and increasing the back suction space without changing the volume of the pump body (2).
