Abstract:
An emulsion pump comprises a gland; a connecting duct which connects with said gland and which is provided with an upper one-way valve; a toothed connector which is provided with a first connection structure and a second connection structure, wherein said first connection structure is used to engage with a bottle; a cylinder with its upper part provided with a connection structure to engage with the second connection structure of said toothed connector while its lower part provided with a lower one-way valve; a piston which moves inside said cylinder and connects with said connecting duct with its upper part; and a spring for resetting said piston, whose upper part abuts on said connecting duct while its lower part rests on the spring seat provided in said cylinder. The emulsion pump has an external spring which does not contact with the emulsion. The emulsion pump can be made with very simple structure and can be manufactured with few components, therefore can greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost.
