Abstract:
An emulsion side channeling blocking device includes an upper rail (1), a screw rod (2), a first nut (3), a supporting bearing seat (6), a right upper ejecting baffle (7), a coupling (8), a gear motor (9), a second nut (11), a lower rail (12), a left upper ejecting baffle (13), a left lower ejecting baffle (14) and a right lower ejecting baffle (15). The first nut (3) is screwed on the left portion of the screw rod (2) and the second nut (11) is screwed on the right portion of the screw rod (2). A bearing provided in the middle portion of the screw rod (2) is connected with the bearing seat (6). The first nut (3) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the left upper ejecting baffle (13), and the second nut (11) is fixedly connected to the upper end of the right upper ejecting baffle (7). Both the left upper ejecting baffle (13) and the right upper ejecting baffle (7) are provided on the upper rail (1), and both the left lower ejecting baffle (14) and the right lower ejecting baffle (15) are provided on the lower rail (12). The left lower ejecting baffle (14) is fixedly connected with the left upper ejecting baffle (13) through a connecting plate, and the right lower ejecting baffle (15) is fixedly connected with the right upper ejecting baffle (7) through another connecting plate. The device can effectively prevent the emulsion ejected in an extra-wide range from channeling at the outlet side.
