Abstract:
Enamel wood edge process to prevent the humidity by paraffin. The process comprises melting the paraffin at the range 60-140 Celsius degree in the pressure pump device with controllable heating hose along to the nozzle. Heat up the workpiece edge by using a Heating plate device or a hot air blower device or an Infrared device or heating coil device at the temperature range 40-70 Celsius in the purpose to heat up to the passing workpiece edge and when workpiece is passed along the enamel paraffin nozzle or dipping the paraffin by using the roller or brush to paint at the edge surfaces then the hot edge surface will absorb paraffin into particle board and enamel at the surface. In the purpose to solve the issues of humidity and mold which is directly influent to furniture lifetime and to reduce the cost of existing prevention process of edge band laminate process by using paper edge band or ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic edge band.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. The process of enamel wood edge process to prevent humidity by paraffin wax. Which ate consist of a melting paraffin wax at range 60-140 Celsius degree by put the paraffin wax to the pump pressure device with set the temperature at the range 6*0-140 Celsius degree until its completely melted and mixed. Next process is to set the heating device at the range 40-70 Celsius degree. Put the workpiece through the heating device to heat up the wood edge before enamel paraffin wax process. The appropriate temp at edge surface will able to absorb paraffin into particle board and enamel at the surface.

The input of process, is to pass the workpieces to the nozzle for enamel the paraffin. The workpiece must be aligned to the aligners by using the side and top pressure rollers to align the workpiece along until the conveyor at speed range 1-15 meter per minute.

Workpieces will be cleaned by using brushing device. In the purpose to clean up the rest stain of overflow paraffin along top and bottom edges.

CLAIMS

l.The process of enamel wood edge process to prevent humidity by paraffin wax. The process comprises melting paraffin wax at range 60-140 Celsius degree in the pressure pump device which is the temperature set at the range 60-140 Celsius degree. The next process is to heat up the wood edge by set the heating device at the range 40-70 Celsius degree base on by measuring the temperature at the workpiece surfaces then put the workpiece through the heating device to heat up the wood edge before enamel paraffin wax process. The absorption performance is influenced by the range of surface temperature. The water on edge test found that the result in different level upon the temperature ranges. By using paraffin wax melting point 4S-6S Celsius degree and applying by nozzle found that the test result given the highest point at level S of water on edge test according to testing standard IOS-TM-0021, AA-875344-2, IOS-PRF-0074, AA- 1889453-1.

The input of the process is to pass the workpieces to the nozzle for enamel the paraffin. The workpiece must be aligned to the aligners by using the side and top pressure rollers to align the workpiece along until the conveyor at speed range 1- IS meter per minute.

Furniture factory is today mostly using particle board in the production process. It is always facing with furnitures lifetime issue which is caused by the humid absorption through the wood edges, it leads to swell and mold which is influent directly to the furniture's strength especially in Asia contment-Nevertheless, it has been currently protecting by using Edge banding machine to close those edges by EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) glue with edge band ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic, paper or PP (Polypropylene), whereas, a high investment for both of processing and material as well. As following process as figure 1. The process consist of, Melting EVA(Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) glue at 190-200 Celsius degree then put the roll of edge band ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic, Paper or PP (Polypropylene) to the machine. Put the workpiece through the process. Wood edge cutting device, Gluing device, Edge cutting device, Rough trimming device, Fine trimming device, Corner routing device, scrapping device and end up with Brushing device to clean the workpiece.

Summary of Invention

Enamel wood edge process to prevent the humidity by paraffin. The characteristic of invention is to melting of paraffin at the range 60-140 Celsius degree in the Pressure pump device with controllable heating hose to the nozzle to enamel the wood edge automatically.The workpiece will be passed the heating process at the wood edge at the range 40-70 Celsius degree before the nozzle.

The invention is purposed to reduce the furniture production cost which is process to prevent the humid which has a high cost. And to improve the protection quality to prevent humid and mold to prolong the furniture lifetimes. As well the invention of enamel wood edge process to prevent the humidity by paraffin has been passed the water on edge test which is accredited as world standard. Furthermore, the mention process has used a less area.Hence it is able to connect through the drilling machine to he continuous process to increase the productivity which has less cost than the exist process. Disclosure of Invention

Figure 2 is showing the process of enamel wood edge process to prevent humidity by paraffin wax. Which are consist of a melting paraffin wax at range 60-140 Celsius degree by put the paraffin wax to the Pump pressure device with set the temperature at the range 60-140 Celsius degree until its completely melted and mixed. Next process is to set the heating device at the range 40-70 Celsius degree. Take the workpiece through the heating device to heat up the wood edge before enamel paraffin wax process. Hence, the hot temp around edge surface will able to absorb paraffin into particle board and enamel at the edge surface very well.
