Abstract:
An enameling oven includes a waste discharging device and an oven body (2) in which a hearth (3) used to roast an enameled wire (1) is provided, an extracting air flue (4) for extracting organic volatile gas volatilized by the enameled wires (1) in the hearth (3) and a catalysis chamber (5) for purifying the organic volatile gas. Several electric heating pipes are provided on the bottom plate of the hearth (3). The hearth (3) includes a hearth entrance (31), a hearth exit (32) and an evaporating area (33), a central area (34) and a solidifying area (35) which are provided between the hearth entrance (31) and the hearth exit (32). The waste discharging device is connected to the catalysis chamber (5). The catalysis chamber (5) is connected to the hearth (3) through the extracting air flue (4). An extracting opening (41) which is positioned at the joint of the extracting air flue (4) and the hearth (3) is provided at the bottom of the hearth (3). The oven can effectively save the electric energy and reduce the exhaust emission and ensure that the enameled wire products have higher quality.
