Abstract:
An encapsulation method, a display panel and a display device. The encapsulation method comprises: forming a glass material layer (31) on an encapsulation region of a first substrate (1); forming at least one layer of metal thin film (321) and/or at least one layer of silicon thin film (322) on the glass material layer (31) on the first substrate (1), forming at least one layer of metal thin film (321) and/or at least one layer of silicon thin film (322) on an encapsulation region of a second substrate (2), wherein one of the outermost layer thin film formed on the glass material layer (31) and the outermost layer thin film formed on the encapsulation region of the second substrate (2) is the metal thin film (321), and the other one is the silicon thin film (322); and performing vacuum lamination on the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2). By means of the encapsulation method, there is no need to radiate the glass material layer (31) using a laser during the process of encapsulation, and therefore a high temperature generated by the laser can be prevented from having an adverse effect on encapsulation.
