Abstract:
Provided is a video decoding method comprising the steps of: acquiring division information indicating whether to divide a current block; when the division information indicates division of the current block, dividing the current block into two or more sub-blocks; acquiring encoding order information indicating an encoding order of the sub-blocks of the current block; determining a decoding order of the sub-blocks according to the encoding order information; and decoding the sub-blocks according to the decoding order.
