Abstract:
Provided is a video decoding method comprising the steps of: acquiring, from a bitstream, division information indicating whether to divide a current block; decoding the current block according to encoding information on the current block, when the division information does not indicate the division of the current block; and, when the division information indicates the division of the current block, dividing the current block into two or more sub blocks, acquiring, from the bitstream, encoding order information indicating encoding order of the sub blocks of the current block, determining decoding order of the sub blocks according to the encoding order information, and decoding the sub blocks according to the decoding order.
