Abstract:
The present invention pertains to the technical field of high-speed signal quality evaluation, and specifically relates to an encrypted hybrid model signal integrity simulation method, comprising using transient simulation to extract a step response of a SPICE model; generating an external random code signal; importing the extracted step response data as an input source of an ADS channel simulation; and on the basis of an algorithm and the external random code signal, the ADS channel simulator calculating an eye pattern of an RX end, completing eye pattern measurement. The present invention is a signal integrity simulation method for encrypted hybrid models such as an IBIS AMI model, and can effectively solve the problems of being unable to perform accurate signal integrity simulations and of signal integrity simulation being impossible caused by manufacturers providing encrypted models or model types being inconsistent.
