Abstract:
An encryption device (10) for authentication cryptography. A key generation unit (21) generates a key K for an encryption function E for a block cipher, in accordance with an initial parameter N. A hash calculation unit (22) calculates a hash value msk, using an internal parameter ctr as an input. An encryption unit (23) uses the encryption function E and generates a cipher text c for a message m, using as inputs therefor: the key K generated by the key generation unit (21); the hash value msk calculated by the hash value calculation unit (22); and the message m.
