Provided is an end cover-type rubber ball cleaning machine, comprising a sealing head pipe case, a water discharge pipe and water intake pipe that are each disposed at one end of the sealing head pipe case, and a ball-water separator that is provided between the water discharge pipe and the water intake pipe. The ball-water separator is provided with a ball receiving port and a ball feeding port. The sealing head pipe case is internally provided with an upper pipe case and a lower pipe case, and the front end of the upper pipe case communicates with the water discharge pipe. A ball catching filter screen and an upper differential pressure pipe that communicates with an outlet end of the ball catching filter screen are provided within the water discharge pipe. A ball-water separating filter screen is further provided within the ball-water separator. The front end of the lower pipe case communicates with the water intake pipe, and a lower differential pressure pipe is provided within the water intake pipe. A first on/off valve used for preventing balls from flowing out of the ball receiving port is provided within the ball receiving port. Compared with the existing technology, the end cover-type rubber ball cleaning machine is provided with the upper differential pressure pipe within the water discharge pipe, the lower differential pressure pipe is provided within the water intake pipe, and the ball-water separator communicates between the upper differential pressure pipe and the lower differential pressure pipe. Rubber balls are recycled into the ball-water separator by using the differential pressure generated when water flows out of the water discharge pipe, and the rubber balls are sent out by using the differential pressure generated when water flows into the water intake pipe.
