Abstract:
Disclosed is an end hat for a magnetron, wherein an end hat composed of a Mo sintered compact is integrally connected to a Mo-Ru brazing filler metal. A diffusion region having a thickness of 5 µm or more, wherein Ru extracted from the brazing filler metal is diffused, is provided in the end hat at a joint interface between the end hat and the brazing filler metal. According to the aforementioned structure, the end hat for a magnetron, wherein the strength of the joint to the brazing filler metal is high, and the fabrication yield is excellent, can be provided.
