Abstract:
An end mill, which comprises a handle (1), a blade (2), and a fixing member (3). A front end of the handle (1) is provided with a mounting seat (10); the mounting seat (10) comprises two clamp arms (11, 12) which are provided opposite to each other; a seam (13) is formed between the two clamp arms (11, 12); the blade (2) is held in the seam (13); the blade (2) is provided with a through hole (24); the blade (2) comprises a first clamping surface (21) and a second clamping surface (22) which are provided opposite to each other; in the cross section which is perpendicular to a rotary shaft and comprises the central axis of the through hole (24); the first clamping surface (21) comprises a first inclined surface (211) and a second inclined surface (212) which are inclinedly provided opposite to each other; the inner side surface of the clamp arm abuts against and is held by the first inclined surface (211) and the second inclined surface (212), and the clamp arms hold the blade (2). The difficulty in manufacturing an end mill is reduced, and the processing yield is improved.
