Abstract:
The present invention relates to an end pin manufacturing system and manufacturing method which are configured to receive a supply of a raw material and manufacture end pins of various shapes through multiple extrusion steps. The end pin manufacturing system comprises: a raw material feeding device for feeding a raw material; a preliminary straightening device for receiving the fed raw material from the raw material feeding device and straightening same into a straight rod; a scale removing device for receiving the straightened rod relayed from the preliminary straightening device and removing scales formed on the rod; a forming device for receiving the rod with scales removed relayed from the scale removing device and conducting drawing in one or more steps to form the rod into an end pin of a preset shape; a straightening device for receiving the formed end pin relayed from the forming device and straightening the end pin into a straight linear shape; and a cutting device for receiving the straightened end pin relayed from the straightening device and cutting the end pin to a preset length.
